The leader Son Oiseau (AQPS-Persian Ruler) fought off the challenge of the favourite Sir Gallo (AQPS-Lavirco) early in the straight of the Prix Gloria IV (AQPS-3yo Fillies-2400m). She held her own up until twenty metres from the line but the Michel Denisot representative could not stop the latest attack from first time out Saint Gratien (AQPS-Fragrant Mix), who got the better of her in the dying strides. The Jacques Cypress charge, running in the colours of Antoine-Audoin Maggiar, is a brother of AQPS Matignon, Nanny and Porte d'Auteuil.
